Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting real estate data and maintaining internal databases (residential office industrial retail investment).
• Support the team in gathering analysing and organising market insights and industry data.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports presentations and selected external publications (e.g. market overviews client materials).
• Support marketing and communications activities including content preparation for newsletters website and social media.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and internal/external events.
• Help create and update marketing materials in line with brand guidelines (presentations case studies client documents).
• Monitor market news and competitor activity; share relevant insights with research and marketing teams.
• Attend events and support follow-up communication (e.g. summaries LinkedIn posts contact updates).
• Collaborate with research and marketing teams across the region to share best practices and ensure consistency.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the research or marketing teams.
