As a Digital Manufacturing Specialist within our Animal Health IT organization you will lead and deliver a portfolio of digital initiatives focused on leveraging advanced analytics modeling and data visualization. Your work will directly contribute to improving product development manufacturing processes and quality outcomes across Animal Health.

• Partner with Science & Technology (S&T) stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions that improve scientific manufacturing or quality processes
• Own and manage a portfolio of analytics and data initiatives ensuring alignment with business priorities and continuous value delivery
• Lead IT delivery of analytics use cases including statistical process control (e.g. control charting) advanced modeling data visualization and insights generation
• Translate business and scientific requirements into scalable technical solutions using modern data and analytics tools
• Design develop and deploy data pipelines and analytical models ensuring data integrity performance and usability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering quality manufacturing IT) to integrate solutions into the broader ecosystem
• Drive agile delivery practices including backlog management sprint planning and iterative value delivery
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards relevant to manufacturing and quality environments
• Measure and communicate business impact of delivered solutions including improvements in efficiency quality or decision-making
• Continuously evaluate new technologies and analytics approaches to enhance S&T capabilities

Required

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science Engineering or a related field and/or work experience
• 3 years of experience in data analytics scientific computing or IT solution delivery

Preferred

• Experience with statistical process control advanced modeling and data visualization
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities
• Familiarity with agile delivery practices and regulatory compliance in manufacturing environments
