Job Summary
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming online customer inquiries timely and efficiently
- Analyze inquiries and follow up to identify marketing qualified leads
- Create and manage leads in the CRM system
- Analyze customer needs collect measure and interpret data and provide recommendations to improve customer experience and lead management processes
- Propose improvements identify automation opportunities and lead or participate in their implementation
- Maintain regular communication with marketing sales and customer service team members worldwide
YOUR PROFILE:
- Education: High school diploma or University degree in Business Management Marketing Communications or a related field is an advantage
- Experience: 2 years of professional experience in customer service marketing sales or ideally a combination of these areas; experience with social media management is an advantage
- Required Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft 365; experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or ServiceNow is an advantage; ability to analyze data identify trends and propose process improvements
- Languages: Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) good knowledge of German (B2 level) is an advantage
- Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills reliability proactive approach analytical thinking ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team and strong problem-solving skills
