Database Administrator, hybrid in Prague

We are looking for a Database Administrator (SQL Server) to join a large-scale banking transformation project focused on the modernization and replacement of the core banking system. You will be responsible for maintaining database stability monitoring performance supporting business-critical applications and ensuring secure database operations.

Location: Prague Czech Republic (Hybrid approx. 2 days/week onsite)
Contract: B2B
Duration: Long-term (initially 524 months)

• Provide L2 support for assigned applications.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Monitor data warehouse operations and data loading processes.
• Ensure reliable data transfers between banking systems.
• Manage database objects and user access.
• Maintain database security and support audit activities.
• Collaborate with development teams and external vendors.

• Experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with database monitoring and performance tuning.
• Troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Experience with database security and user management.
• Good English communication skills.
