Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data & AI Specialist to support data analytics data science and enterprise data platform initiatives. The role combines hands-on work with Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments Python-based data processing and analysis and the practical use of modern AI tools.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyse data improve data-driven processes and identify opportunities where artificial intelligence and automation can increase efficiency and support better decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse structured and unstructured data from multiple enterprise data sources.
  • Support data analytics and data science initiatives.
  • Work with Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments.
  • Develop Python scripts and solutions for data processing transformation analysis and automation.
  • Prepare data sets reports dashboards and analytical outputs for business and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify data-quality issues and support their investigation and resolution.
  • Cooperate with data engineers analysts architects developers and business users.
  • Translate business requirements into practical data and analytical solutions.
  • Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Claude ChatGPT or similar platforms in daily work.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to data analysis reporting documentation and operational processes.
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-assisted use cases.
  • Prepare and maintain technical and analytical documentation.
  • Ensure that delivered solutions follow relevant data governance security and quality standards.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in data analytics data science business intelligence data engineering or a related field.
  • Practical experience with Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Python for data analysis data processing or automation.
  • Experience working with large and complex data sets.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
  • Understanding of data modelling data integration and data-quality principles.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot Claude ChatGPT or similar solutions.
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively for analysis automation research coding and productivity improvement.
  • Experience gathering and analysing business requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex data-related topics clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.

Nice to have

  • Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and services.
  • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Power BI Tableau or another reporting and visualisation platform.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development or analytics workflows.
  • Knowledge of data governance metadata management and enterprise data architecture.
