• Support users via chat email and outbound calls (depending on the project)
• Escalate complex cases and policy gaps to the right team

• Native Danish (C1) and strong English (B2/C1)
• 1 year in BPO customer support content safety or a similar role
• Excellent written communication and the ability to multitask

• Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shifts
• Rotating shifts between 10:00 and 02:00
• Some content can be sensitive. Youll have 24/7 access to counselors regular check-ins and clear escalation paths.
