About the team:

Our multilingual Customer Service team delivers outstanding support across the EMEA region in 9 languages. With 50 dedicated colleagues we work closely together to ensure healthcare professionals receive the products and support they needcontributing to better patient care every day.

What youll be doing in your new role:

  • Customer order management working with both internal QuidelOrtho contacts and external customers to ensure fulfillment of all order elements for on-time delivery.

  • Receiving managing and resolving customer enquiries concerning orders product availability general information.

  • Ensure technical and other enquiries etc. are appropriately redirected and followed up.

  • Customer complaints handling monitoring and follow up.

  • Providing support to Customer Services Team colleagues (cross functional cooperation - Supply Chain Sales)

  • Supporting activities archiving maintenance of customer data in QuidelOrtho database certificates.

The individual:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service Customer Care or another customer-facing role.

  • Experience working in an international or multinational company is an advantage.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow established processes while demonstrating initiative and flexibility.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).

  • Fluent Dutch is essential. Additional European language(s) are an advantage.

  • Excellent telephone communication active listening and problem-solving skills.

  • A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership.

This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for one year with the high potential for extension.

The role is based in Prague Czech Republic.
