Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and versatile Construction Workers for long-term employment in the Czech Republic.

The position involves a wide range of construction and installation work from structural construction through finishing and technical installations. Employees will work mainly on projects in Prague and the Central Bohemian Region.

Main responsibilities:

Rough construction and general building work
Bricklaying and masonry work
Plastering and finishing work
Thermal insulation
Drywall installation
Assistance with carpentry work
Sanitary and plumbing installations (ZTI)
Basic electrical installation work
Assistance with photovoltaic (FVE) installations
Assistance with air-conditioning installation
Performing different construction tasks according to the current project
Gradual training in additional construction trades

Versatile workers who can perform several types of construction work are preferred.

Requirements

Requirements / Požadavky

Previous experience in construction or a relevant skilled trade
Practical experience in at least one construction profession ideally masonry/bricklaying
Ability and willingness to perform different types of construction work
Manual skills and practical technical ability
Willingness to learn additional construction and installation skills
Reliability and responsible approach to work
Ability to work as part of a team
Flexibility to work on different projects in Prague and Central Bohemia
Group B driving licence is an advantage / important for employees assigned to drive the company vehicle

Benefits

Direct full-time employment with the Czech employer

Long-term employment initial contract for a minimum of 2 years with the possibility of extension or conversion to an indefinite-term contract

Starting salary: CZK 30000 gross/month overtime

After training and depending on skills salary may increase up to CZK gross/month

Performance-based bonus may apply

Employer contribution towards accommodation: approximately CZK 3500/month

Meal allowance: CZK 2600/month

Company vehicle provided for commuting and shared by employees

Training and gradual development in additional construction trades

Employer initially purchases the relocation flight from the Philippines as an interest-free loan; after 24 months of employment the loan is waived in full under the conditions stated in the Job Offer.
