As a Claims Adjuster you will guide our UK customers through the entire claims journey - from the initial claim registration to its assessment and resolution. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly pays attention to detail and enjoys combining customer communication with analytical decision-making.

• Communication with clients when dealing with insurance claims (80 % phone contact plus emails)
• Assessing the occurrence of insurance claims damage and their processing and settlement
• Identification and review of insurance coverage
• Handling complaints arising from insurance claims

• 6 weeks holiday and 2 personal days

• Are fluent English speaker level C1 is required
• Speak any other language - it is a great advantage
• Have good communication skills and pro-customer approach
• Have investigative skills and are detail oriented
• Are able to use MS Office
