At PwC our people in brand management marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth promoting the Firms services enhancing brand visibility and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research digital marketing creative campaigns and effective sales strategies to engage clients enhance the firms brand and market presence and achieve organisational targets.

Those in business development at PwC will focus on identifying and pursuing new opportunities to drive growth and expand the Firms client base. Your work will involve building relationships conducting market research and developing strategic plans to drive revenue and achieve business objectives.

Enhancing your leadership style you motivate develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
