As a Business Development Manager you will be the driving force behind expanding our footprint in the Czech and Slovak markets. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing focusing on delivering our cybersecurity solutions to protect organizations from evolving digital threats. This role balances direct sales execution with partner account management to ensure long-term growth.

Core Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Identify qualify and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation discovery calls product demonstrations and contract negotiations.
Partner Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners supporting them in joint sales efforts and ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed.
CRM Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities forecasts and customer interactions within HubSpot to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Market Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to refine outreach strategies and tailor value propositions to the local market.
Experience
Professional Experience: 5 years of proven experience in a sales-driven role.
Industry Knowledge: Experience selling within the IT sector is required with a strong preference for candidates from Cybersecurity or SaaS (Software as a Service) backgrounds.
Technical Proficiency: Proven ability to understand and communicate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms ideally HubSpot.
Key Skills & Attributes
Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a hunter mentality and a consistent track record of hitting KPIs.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone and video.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced evolving cybersecurity environment.
Languages: Fluency in Czech/Slovak and a professional command of English.
