Brand & Communications Manager

We are looking for a Brand & Communications Manager to help shape how our brand is seen and experienced across the Czech and Polish markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategy with execution and who wants to influence brand visibility communication quality and market presence across B2B and B2C audiences.

You will lead a broad mix of brand PR social media events and internal communication activities working closely with marketing commercial CRM and external partners. The role offers real ownership visibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.

What youll do:

• Drive brand and communication activities for the Czech and Polish markets.

• Shape and execute PR strategy and manage media relationships.

• Ensure clear consistent communication across all channels.

• Coordinate events sponsorships partnerships and brand activations.

• Work with internal teams and agencies on social media and content planning.

• Support customer and internal communication initiatives.

• Monitor market trends media coverage and competitor activity.

• Lead and develop a small team of marketing specialists.
  

What were looking for:

• 35 years of experience in brand marketing communications PR or a similar role.

• Experience working across B2B and B2C communication.

• Strong media relations and social media experience.

• Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.

• A commercial mindset combined with creative thinking.

• Fluent Czech and English.

• Experience from fintech financial services e-commerce or payments is a plus.
