AWS Technical Lead (Senior Specialist)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AWS Technical Lead to join our global Customer Identity & Consent (CIC) team.

You will lead the design delivery and operation of secure scalable and cloud-native solutions on AWS while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for AWS-based applications and platforms

• Provide technical leadership mentoring and code review support to engineering teams

• Drive adoption of cloud-native serverless and event-driven architectures

• Ensure security reliability scalability and operational excellence

• Collaborate with Product Owners Architects Security and Infrastructure teams

• Support production operations incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience in software engineering cloud engineering or platform engineering

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB S3 SNS/SQS Step Functions CloudWatch VPC and IAM

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD DevOps practices and Git-based development

• Solid background in and distributed systems

• Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• AWS certifications

• Experience with identity and access management platforms (SAP CDC Auth0 Cognito etc.)

• AI experience (Claude GitHub etc.)
