How youll make an impact:

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex international congresses and events from pre-planning onsite management post-event evaluation and administration
  • Develop and manage project plans timelines budgets and key milestones.
  • Coordinate all event logistics including agencies promotional materials booth design travel accommodation venues AV F&B and attendee communications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders senior leadership external vendors partners and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
  • Manage event administration contracts payment processing budget reconciliation Cvent and compliance-related requirements in partnership with Legal and Compliance.
  • Drive post-event analysis ROI tracking lead generation process improvements and competitive intelligence activities.
  • Provide event planning guidance and support to regional and national teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and venue evaluations.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

What youll need (Required):

  • Solid experience managing complex events preferably including congresses.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.

  • Strong project management skills including familiarity with relevant methodologies and tools with a detail-oriented and process-focused approach.
  • Experience in an international corporate environment preferably within the medical device industry and related compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures organizational levels senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive independent and highly dependable.
  • Resilient under pressure with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe approximately 30%.
