Job Summary

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Assistant Gardeners to join a well-established Czech landscaping company in the Vysočina Region.

Your main responsibilities will include:

planting trees shrubs and perennials
mowing lawns and maintaining green areas
raking leaves and performing seasonal gardening work
assisting experienced gardeners with the creation and maintenance of gardens parks and other outdoor areas
using basic gardening tools and equipment
keeping the workplace clean and organised
following work instructions and safety rules.

The work is performed outdoors and requires good physical condition.

Requirements

previous gardening landscaping farming or other outdoor work experience is an advantage

willingness to perform physically demanding outdoor work

good physical condition and ability to work in different weather conditions

reliability responsibility and careful work

willingness to learn new gardening techniques

ability to work independently and as part of a team

basic English communication skills

flexibility regarding occasional Sunday work

clean criminal record.

starting salary of CZK 30000 gross per month

earnings of up to CZK 45000 gross per month including overtime and performance-related bonuses
