Salary & Package:

3700 / approx. 90000 CZK salary

2450 / approx. 60000 CZK monthly bonus

Total package: 6150 / approx. 150000 CZK per month

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Director of Sales to support and grow the hotel business within a group of hotels in the Czech Republic.

The Assistant Director of Sales will support the Director of Sales in driving commercial performance and implementing the sales strategy across the hotel portfolio. The role focuses on maximizing revenue from accommodation meetings events and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Sales in leading the Sales Department
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and bookings
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Promote hotel rooms meeting facilities and event services
• Prepare sales proposals negotiate contracts and close business deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Work closely with hotel management to achieve sales targets
• Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and budgets
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets
• Good leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong English skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Must be eligible to work in the European Union (EU work permit or EU citizenship required)
