Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and innovative AI / BI Intern to support the Factory Services Operations team in EMEA.
This role focuses on leveraging AI data analytics and business intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency automate processes and enhance decision-making across project delivery and reporting.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities build data-driven solutions and contribute to the digital transformation of Factory Services.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Automation
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency using AI solutions
Contribute to the design testing and enhancement of AI tools and chatbots
Support automation of repetitive processes (e.g. data handling reporting internal workflows)
Analyze effectiveness of AI solutions and propose improvements
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Support development and maintenance of BI dashboards and reporting tools
Assist in data extraction transformation and visualization
Ensure data quality consistency and usability across reporting systems
Provide insights to support operational and management decisions
Process Improvement
Work with stakeholders to map and optimize business processes
Identify inefficiencies and propose scalable improvements
Support implementation of new tools workflows or best practices
Collaboration & Support
Collaborate with: Factory Services Project Managers Operations teams IT / data stakeholders
Provide support in ad-hoc analysis reporting requests and internal projects
Education & Experience
Currently enrolled in a Masters degree program in: Data Science AI Computer Science Engineering Business Analytics or related field
Available for a long-term internship / apprenticeship (1224 months)
Skills & Competencies
Technical
Basic knowledge of: Data analysis (Excel SQL Python or similar) BI tools (Power BI Tableau or equivalent)
Interest in AI technologies automation and digital tools
Understanding of data structures and reporting concepts
Analytical & Problem-Solving
Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with complex datasets
Ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Soft Skills
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work in a cross-functional international environment
Proactive curious and eager to learn
