Job description
Were looking for a hands-on acquisition expert to drive customer growth across 2 markets. Youll own acquisition campaigns across digital channels and have direct impact on growth conversion performance and acquisition efficiency.
What youll do
Launch and optimize acquisition campaigns across digital channels
Manage acquisition funnels and improve conversion performance
Optimize CAC campaign efficiency and funnel performance
Analyze data and identify growth opportunities
Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives
Collaborate with CRM Product Data and Commercial teams
Support go-to-market and growth initiatives across markets
Work with tracking attribution and campaign analytics

Job requirements
5 years in acquisition performance or growth marketing
Hands-on experience with paid acquisition campaigns
Experience with Meta Google Ads LinkedIn Ads or similar platforms
Strong analytical mindset and performance focus
Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization
Understanding of tracking attribution and campaign analytics
Ability to work independently and move fast
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
English at minimum B2 level
Nice to have
Experience in Fintech SaaS e-commerce or digital business
Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows
