VIP Specialist

We are looking for a VIP Specialist with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage a portfolio of high-value players for an international online casino. You will report to the VIP Manager and be responsible for building personal relationships with VIP players keeping them engaged and ensuring they receive fast and personalized service.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Own a portfolio of VIP players and maintain proactive one-to-one contact via chat email Telegram and phone

• Offer personalized bonuses cashback gifts and event invitations within budget rules and approval limits

• Monitor deposits activity drops and churn risk signals and run reactivation outreach

• Fast-track issues with Payments KYC and Customer Support on behalf of VIP players

• Flag risky behavior and respect responsible gambling limits including for high-value players

• Report on portfolio performance activity and reactivation results to the VIP Manager

Main Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a VIP account management or customer-facing role preferably in iGaming

• Native or near-native command of English both written and verbal

• Knowledge of an additional language would be considered an advantage

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Commercial awareness: understanding of player value bonuses and retention levers

• Discretion and sound judgement when handling high-value players

• Comfortable working with CRM tools back-office systems and reporting in Excel/Google Sheets

• Ability to work on weekends depending on business requirements
