Job Summary

Work Position	Tractor Operator for Winery-Vineyard
Location	Trozena Arsos area Limassol District CYPRUS
Type of Work	Experienced tractor operator with deep knowledge of vineyard work and precise machinery handling. The worker should be able to manoeuvre tractor in tight planted rows towing trolleys and performing seasonal tasks (spraying canopy management will ensure our vines thrive. This role demands cultural understanding of agriculture/viticulture technical skill and commitment to quality. Key Responsibilities: -Precision Tractor Operation: -Safely navigate narrow vineyard rows without damaging vines -Master tight turns and reverse maneuvers with attached implements (sprayers trolleys) -Operate specialized vineyard tractors (narrow-track models) -Connect/disconnect driven implements (sprayers mowers) -Perform basic maintenance (greasing fluid checks) Based on our needs the worker will also perform other vineyard/winery works; -Harvest- Grape hauling with trolleys harvest support -Supporting agricultural team- pruning plowing weeding trellising etc. -Winery- grape receiving & sorting destemming crushing and press operation cellar work- sanitation of equipment barrel/tank filling/racking bottling & packaging
Requirements	- 3 years operating tractors in planted fields - Forklift/mini excavator skills a plus - Vineyard/Winery/experience is an advantage - English at good level must! - Strength for lifting (50 lbs) and long harvest shifts - Neat Organized - Willingness to work early/late hours during peak seasons
Work Conditions:	- Early starts during growing season (6:00) - Dust sun exposure vibration - Harvest-time overtime expected
Period of Contract	6-month probation. 1-year contract with an option to extend if agreed by both sides
