The Role

We are hiring a C and Pro*C Developer with strong SQL skills and hands on experience in Linux Unix or Tandem environments. This is a backend engineering role on critical batch and database driven applications within a major banking platform.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain applications using C and Pro*C
• Build and optimise database driven applications (SQL and PL/SQL)
• Manage memory pointers and file I/O operations
• Work on batch and backend processing systems
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams on requirement analysis and delivery

What You Will Bring

• Minimum 3 years hands on experience in C programming and SQL
• Production experience with Pro*C
• Hands on experience in Linux Unix or Tandem environments
• Strong grasp of memory management pointers and low level file I/O
• Experience working on batch and backend processing systems
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

The Details

• Location: Nicosia Cyprus. Fully onsite no remote or hybrid option
• Hours: 8 hour working day Monday to Friday
• Languages: Fluency in both Greek and English is mandatory. Candidates who do not speak both languages cannot be considered
