Job Summary

Lead a growing Talent Acquisition (TA)team own the strategy behind the TA functionand stay personally involved in the searches!

Our client is an international business that has grown considerably in recent years and continues to expand into new markets. With teams across several countries and hiring needs increasing they are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Leader to be based at their Limassol Cyprus office and take ownership of recruitment across the whole organisation.


The Role

The TA function is developing and part of the appeal of this role is the opportunity to shape it to bring structure and consistency to how the business hires across its locations and to build a function that hiring managers genuinely trust. You will remain personally involved in senior confidential and hard-to-fill searches alongside managing the team. Given the nature of the searches involved discretion and sound judgement will be essential. The role will see you working on confidential appointments and sensitive organisational changes.


Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the TA strategys execution across all locations and contribute to its ongoing development
  • Translate strategic direction into practical market-specific recruitment plans for each location
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical recurring and hard-to-fill roles
  • Manage and develop the TA team by delegating searches assessing performance and supporting each team members growth
  • Own the candidate experience end-to-end from first contact through offer and onboarding
  • Oversee and improve onboarding structures across all locations so new hires have a consistent well-organised start wherever they join
  • Build strong working relationships with business leaders and hiring managers and lead workforce planning conversations that keep hiring aligned with business priorities
  • Own TA analytics and reporting using data to track performance identify trends and inform decisions
  • Own the Applicant Tracking System driving automation and process improvements to streamline workflows and improve reporting accuracy
  • Act as the first point of escalation for TA matters


Your Profile:

  • 5 years in a lead or senior TA role
  • Experience recruiting internationally across multiple locations and markets
  • A track record of improving and automating recruitment workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment reporting and decision-making
  • Working knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • A high level of professionalism and discretion particularly around confidential hiring
  • Well organised reliable and accountable
