About the Role
Our client is a globally recognized international brand. As a Swedish-Speaking Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for their customers handling inbound inquiries related to account management subscriptions and technical troubleshooting. The work is primarily phone-based with some email and chat. No sales involved.
