The Role

As Specialist Project Manager you will be the primary liaison between the technology and digital teams and the business units for IT demand management.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary liaison between technology and digital teams and business units for IT demand management
• Drive demand intake prioritisation governance and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate preparation and approval of project documents statements of work and related documentation
• Manage project risks issues dependencies and change requests
• Oversee operational activities including resource onboarding and offboarding renewals and vendor coordination
• Conduct performance feedback discussions for resources and support resource governance
• Provide regular project status financial and governance reporting to stakeholders

What You Will Bring

• 4 years of project management experience
• Strong experience in IT demand management stakeholder management and project governance
• Experience managing SOWs contracts and resources
• Excellent communication leadership and problem solving skills
• PMP PRINCE2 Agile or equivalent certification preferred
