The Role
We are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Specialist to lead the functional design and delivery of ITSM and SPM workstreams on a major banking transformation programme. You will run workshops shape user stories and process flows and partner closely with the development team through the full delivery lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Lead workshops and functional design sessions with business and IT stakeholders
- Create user stories process flows and supporting documentation
- Provide clear functional guidance to the development team throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Drive analysis problem solving and stakeholder management across the ServiceNow workstream
- Apply ITIL aligned ITSM processes and ServiceNow best practice across solution design
What You Will Bring
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and the ITIL framework
- Minimum 5 years proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Hands on experience with ITSM SPM Service Catalog and Workflow design
- Basic understanding of CMDB
- Basic understanding of scripting concepts (no coding required but helpful)
- Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have (Certifications)
- ITIL Foundation v3 or v4
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ITSM Implementation
- Business Analyst Micro certifications
The Details
- Location: Nicosia Cyprus. Fully onsite no remote or hybrid option
- Hours: 8 hour working day Monday to Friday
- Languages: Fluency in both Greek and English is mandatory. Candidates who do not speak both languages cannot be considered
