Senior Manager, Investor Delivery

Reporting to the Director you will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of Investor Operations team ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service operational excellence and alignment with MUFGs core values of Trust Challenge & Empowerment Passion for Clients and Openness & Honesty.

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of Investor Operations teams ensuring investor onboarding dealing reporting and cash activities are delivered accurately efficiently and in accordance with established policies procedures and service standards.
• Drive business objectives and key initiatives ensuring effective execution of projects resource planning budget adherence and continuous improvement opportunities across the function.
• Act as a senior escalation point for clients investors fund managers and internal stakeholders fostering strong relationships and ensuring a consistently high standard of service delivery.
• Oversee client onboarding and integration activities ensuring a seamless transition to business-as-usual operations and a positive experience throughout the client lifecycle.
• Lead mentor and develop managers and senior team members driving talent development succession planning employee engagement and a high-performance culture.
• Represent Investor Operations within the client relationship management framework participating in senior service reviews governance meetings and cross-functional forums while championing strategic initiatives and organizational change.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Economics or a related field; relevant professional qualification considered an advantage.
• 8 years of experience in investor operations transfer agency fund administration investor services or a related financial services environment including significant leadership experience.
• Demonstrated success leading managers and large operational teams driving service excellence operational efficiency and organizational change.
• Strong knowledge of investor lifecycle activities operational controls and regulatory requirements within the funds industry.
• Proven experience managing senior client relationships resolving complex escalations and influencing stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
• Strong strategic thinking leadership communication and decision-making skills with the ability to drive business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
