Senior Associate, BPO, Technology & Onboarding

This is a mix of operations process improvement and stakeholder coordination focused on making onboarding faster smoother and more efficient. Reporting to the Associate Director you will: 

• Manage the onboarding of new clients ensuring a smooth setup and integration experience.
• Work closely with Operations Technology and Product teams to support client and business needs.
• Investigate and resolve onboarding and system-related issues helping to deliver excellent client service.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor onboarding activity and provide updates on progress risks and key metrics.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Support the Team Lead by taking on leadership responsibilities when required helping to ensure continuity high service standards and effective team delivery.
• Support and share knowledge with team members contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications :

• Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in systems data and process improvement.
• Proven experience in client onboarding post-trade operations or financial technology with a demonstrated ability to manage complex integration projects at least 2 years. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field; advanced certifications or relevant postgraduate study is a plus.
