The Senior AI/ML Engineer Applied AI Lead takes machine learning models from development through to reliable production deployment while establishing MLOps monitoring and governance practices. The role works across Data Engineering Product Risk and Commercial teams to turn business problems into measurable AI solutions. Strong production ML experience Python Spark/PySpark SQL and ML lifecycle expertise are central to the position.

Day to day that means the Senior AI/ML Engineer Applied AI Lead takes machine learning models from development through to reliable production deployment while establishing MLOps monitoring and governance practices. The role works across Data Engineering Product Risk and Commercial teams to turn business problems into measurable AI solutions. Strong production ML experience Python Spark/PySpark SQL and ML lifecycle expertise are central to the short: Applied AI Production ML & MLOps Python / Spark / SQL Business-Critical AI Solutions.

• Proven delivery of production AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact
• Strong SQL large-scale datasets
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines preferably GitHub Actions
• Experience with MLflow or equivalent
• Hands-on Spark / PySpark
• Strong ML fundamentals including evaluation feature engineering leakage drift and stability
• Strong Python software engineering fundamentals
