Regulatory Compliance Manager – Limassol, Cyprus EU Remote

A fully remote Regulatory Compliance Manager role. EUR per year (open depends on their experience knowledge and qualifications) (gross).

Day to day you will be regulatory Compliance Manager cyprus On-site A compliance role within a leading B2C iGaming operator responsible for managing regulatory compliance across multiple licensed jurisdictions. The role focuses on regulatory reporting audits licensing regulator relationships and ensuring ongoing compliance across operational departments. The ideal candidate has proven experience within licensed online gambling operators and strong knowledge of international gaming regulations. (we are still interested in relocators or ones who can work remotely with specififc experience in the German license (GGL) OPEN to EU Remote work with occasional visists to Cyprus! -> if remote it will be consultancy agreement (possible flex on salary depending on candidates location) model: On-site during the 6-month probation period then Hybrid Working Schedule: Full-time in short: Direct from client we are looking for someone with strong end-to-end experience of the German regulatory market. They should have managed the full licensing process from preparation and application through to obtaining the licence and handling ongoing regulatory and compliance requirements. Experience limited to the initial application stages would not be sufficient. German-speaking candidates are preferred due to the need to work closely with German regulators. However candidates without and german may still be considered if they have extensive hands-on experience managing the complete process.

• Excellent English communication skills

• Strong knowledge of gaming regulatory compliance
• Experience dealing directly with regulators
• Experience with German License/gaming jurisdictions (GGL)
• 3 years compliance experience within a licensed B2C iGaming operator

To help you make the move: fight tickets to Cyprus for the initial start of the role transportation transfer from the airport to the temporary accommodation two (2) flight tickets per year to go back home and come back to Cyprus (not for holidays only but for going back home) accommodation paid by the company for the first 3-4 weeks until candidate finds his/her own permanent accommodation medical insurance covered by the company under Comprehensive plan from day 1 and visa support for non-EU candidates (we are still interested in relocators or ones who can work remotely with specififc experience in the German license (GGL)) Admin support.
