Regulatory Compliance Manager – iGaming, German Licence

A leading B2C iGaming operator is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Manager to keep the business compliant across several licensed jurisdictions: regulatory reporting audits licensing and regulator relationships. The role has a particular focus on the German market so end-to-end German-licence (GGL) experience is what the team wants most.

• Manage regulatory compliance across multiple licensed jurisdictions
• Run regulatory reporting audits and licensing activity
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with regulators
• Advise operational departments so compliance is built into everyday processes
• Own the ongoing German licence requirements after approval

• 3 years of compliance experience within a licensed B2C iGaming operator
• Hands-on experience of the German licence (GGL) ideally the full process from preparation and application to licence award and ongoing compliance not only the application stage
• Experience dealing directly with regulators and strong knowledge of gaming regulatory compliance
• German language is preferred for working with German regulators but candidates without German are considered if their end-to-end licensing experience is extensive
• Stable employment history and excellent English communication skills

• Salary: gross per year depending on experience and qualifications (may flex if you work remotely depending on location)
• Employed in Cyprus: on-site for the 6-month probation then hybrid; or remote within the EU on a consultancy agreement with occasional visits to Cyprus

• Contract: Full-time employment or consultancy agreement if remote
