Product Manager

On behalf of an iGaming company undergoing significant product and market expansion we are seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of the customer experience across its digital products helping shape how players discover engage with and return to the platform. This is a highly visible role that combines product strategy customer insight commercial thinking and cross-functional leadership. You will work closely with technology marketing operations payments and compliance teams to identify opportunities that improve customer engagement increase conversion and support long-term retention.

Your Impact

• Optimising customer journeys across web and mobile experiences
• Driving conversion engagement and retention improvements through data-led decision making
• Partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable product enhancements
• Identifying opportunities to improve usability performance and customer satisfaction
• Balancing commercial priorities customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Contributing to product strategy and roadmap planning
• Working closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

You Bring

• Experience managing digital products within iGaming fintech e-commerce SaaS or other customer-centric online environments
• Strong understanding of customer behaviour product analytics and conversion optimisation
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
• Excellent communication and prioritisation skills
• Experience operating in fast-moving and highly collaborative environments
