A FX Retention Agent role with Confidential focused on Portuguese-speaking client management retention and sales conversion within a Forex trading environment. Please note this is for LATAM market and not Portuguese EU market. Client conversion high commissions performance-driven role Relocation to Cyprus high earning potential FX sales career.

• Native/Fluent Portuguese
• FX retention experience (min. 6 months preferred)
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Experience in FX/CFD environment Target-driven mindset
• Willingness to relocate to Cyprus immediately

2500 gross per month / Total Monthly Salary: 3600 (gross)

• Total: 3600 Euro Monthly
• Base Salary: 2500 gross per month generous commissions
• Flight ticket to Cyprus provided
• 1-month accommodation upon arrival
• After the first month you need to find your apartment but youll receive an extra 1100/ every month on top of your base salary to help cover your housing bills and transportation as long as they are working with the company
• Work permit will be provided
• Annual Leave: 21 paid days (pro-rata based on employment period)
