Portfolio Operations Senior Associate

This role is responsible for supporting the accurate valuation of investment funds by reviewing transactions cash balances investment positions security pricing and reconciliations. Working closely with custodians brokers and internal teams you will investigate discrepancies resolve issues and help ensure high-quality operational delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review fund activity transactions corporate actions security prices and cash balances to support accurate fund valuations.
• Perform fund valuation (GAV/NAV) reviews and investigate exceptions or discrepancies using reconciliation technology.
• Validate the pricing of a range of investment products including equities bonds derivatives options and futures.
• Liaise with custodians brokers counterparties and internal teams to resolve breaks and improve operational processes.
• Serve as a key contact for assigned clients ensuring a high level of service and adherence to agreed service standards.
• Support new client onboarding process improvement initiatives and provide oversight or guidance to junior team members where required.

Qualifications :

• Experience in financial operations accounting audit reconciliations banking operations or investment services
• University degree in Finance Accounting Math or an equivalent combination of education.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
