Pakistani Indian Nigerian Retention Agents Remote Forex Regulated

This is a remote position.

Our client is a well-established regulated Forex and CFD brokerage with a growing international presence. As part of their continued expansion they are looking for driven client-focused Retention Agents to join their team remotely.

This role is focused on serving the brokerages South Asian and West African client base so we are specifically looking for candidates who are fluent English speakers and also fluent in Hindi/Urdu or in a major Nigerian language (Yoruba Igbo Hausa or Nigerian Pidgin English).

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients building strong long-term relationships.
  
• Drive client engagement deposits and trading activity through proactive outreach.
  
• Understand each clients needs and recommend suitable products/services in line with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly retention and revenue KPIs.
  
• Handle client queries via phone email and chat resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  
• Maintain accurate up-to-date client records in the CRM.
  
• Work closely with the Sales Compliance and Support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  
• Stay current on market trends and products relevant to your client base.
