Marketing Technology Developer

Marketing Technology Developer role focused on building and optimising digital marketing systems automation tools and customer engagement platforms. The position sits between marketing and development with a strong focus on creating and maintaining email/templates and improving campaign scalability and performance. HTML and CSS are absolutely critical for this role making it best suited to someone coming from a Front End Development or Marketing Development background with experience supporting marketing teams email campaigns landing pages and customer communications. Works with small team of 2 and wider team of up to 28 members reporting into Deputy Head and Head of internal marketing

Your Profile

• Strong HTML/CSS experience for email and marketing development
• Exposure to CRM systems CMS platforms and marketing automation tools
• Understanding of system integrations tracking technologies and data workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
