Job Summary
People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Marketing Affiliate Manager (Russian) to join their team in Limassol.
The role focuses on managing affiliate partnerships traffic performance and acquisition across LATAM iGaming markets.
- 13 years of affiliate/performance marketing experience
- English proficient
- Familiarity with CPA Revenue Share and Hybrid affiliate models
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Independent and proactive
- Ability to work onsite to Limassol Cyprus
- iGaming experience is mandatory
- Russian fluent (Spanish is advantage)

Visa support provided; candidates outside Cyprus start remotely for an initial 3-month period and are then expected to relocate
