Manager, Investor Delivery

Reporting to Senior Leadership you will:

• Oversee the delivery of investor onboarding AML/KYC investor servicing dealing reporting and cash management activities ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements client expectations and internal controls.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational investor and client-related matters coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve effective resolution.
• Manage relationships with key clients fund managers and service providers supporting governance meetings service reviews and ongoing service delivery discussions.
• Monitor operational performance service levels risk indicators and control effectiveness driving improvements to enhance quality efficiency and client outcomes.
• Lead and support strategic initiatives regulatory change projects fund launches client transitions and process enhancement activities impacting Investor Operations.
• Partner with Compliance Risk and other business functions to identify and mitigate operational risks support audits and ensure timely remediation of control findings.
• Develop and mentor supervisors and team leads promoting technical excellence accountability and consistent service delivery across the function.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in investor operations transfer agency fund administration investor services or a similar financial services environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading coaching and developing teams in a client-focused operational environment.
• Experience in transaction processing cash management reporting and client servicing is very important.
• Knowledge of investor lifecycle activities including onboarding would be considered advantage.  
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively manage client relationships and escalated issues.
