Legal Counsel

We are hiring for the position of Legal Counselfocused on commercial contracts corporate legal matters legal risk support and day-to-day in-house legal operations within a regulated iGaming environment.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Advise the business on a wide range of legal matters including corporate law labour law partnerships international ventures and corporate finance
• Provide accurate and timely legal guidance to management and business stakeholders on commercial matters
• Lead negotiations and drafting of commercial agreements including supplier agreements PSP agreements licensing agreements NDAs and marketing agreements
• Support the business on intellectual property and licensing matters.
• Liaise with external legal counsels on jurisdiction-specific matters including litigation enforcement and licensing applications.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures.
• Support M&A activities in collaboration with the management team.
• Assist with legal training and guidance for internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Law degree (LLB required LLM considered an advantage) preferably from a UK university.
• Qualified Attorney admitted to the Bar in the country of origin.
• Minimum 3 years of experience post qualification.
• Experience in regulated industries will be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and Registrar of Companies procedures
• Fluency in English Language communication skills both verbally and in writing.
