ISRAELI RETENTION AGENT

We are looking for motivated results-driven and high-energy Israeli Retention Agents to join our growing team in this role you will be the driving force behind maintaining and strengthening relationships with our existing international clientele.

• Customer Retention: Manage and nurture portfolios of existing international clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
• Relationship Building: Re-engage with clients handle objections professionally and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Value Maximization: Educate clients on new features upgrades and offerings to drive upselling and account maximization.

• Language Fluency: Native or professional-level fluency in English(written and spoken) is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in retention account management sales or customer success is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong negotiation persuasion and active listening skills with a highly resilient and positive attitude.
• Work Ethic: Goal-oriented self-motivated and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Ready for an immediate start.
