Investor Delivery Supervisor

• Support the day-to-day running of the Investor Operations team across investor onboarding AML/KYC reviews investor maintenance dealing reporting and cash processing activities.
• Review investor account documentation and transactions to help ensure accuracy timely processing and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with the resolution of investor client and internal stakeholder queries escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
• Monitor team workloads and service levels helping to ensure deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvements risk and control activities and departmental projects that support operational efficiency and service quality.
• Provide guidance and support to team members encouraging collaboration knowledge sharing and a positive team environment.

Qualifications :

• Diploma or bachelors degree in business Finance Economics or a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 3-5 years experience within Transfer Agency Fund Administration Asset Management Banking or Financial Services.
• Working knowledge of investor onboarding AML/KYC requirements dealing investor servicing and cash processing activities would be considered an advantage 
• Strong attention to detail organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a strong client-service mindset.
