Head of Compliance

This is a senior iGaming compliance leadership role and candidates must come from the online casino and/or sportsbook industry. Essential Background Proven experience within iGaming operators (casino and/or betting) Forex and fintech backgrounds alone will not be considered Experience working in regulated markets not solely grey markets Preferred Regulatory Exposure Candidates should have hands-on experience with some of the following jurisdictions: UKGC (United Kingdom) Spain Sweden Ontario Germany Malta (MGA) The business operates under 15 licences so experience across every jurisdiction is not expected but exposure to several key regulated markets is essential. Core Compliance Experience Required Regulatory compliance leadership Technical compliance Compliance operations AML/KYC understanding Audit preparation and management Test lab certifications and regulatory submissions Policy process and control implementation Stakeholder management with regulators and internal departments Leadership Requirements Experience managing teams and direct reports Ability to oversee a broad compliance function Comfortable operating in a multi-jurisdiction high-growth environment Ideal Candidate Profile A current or former Head of Compliance Compliance Director Senior Compliance Manager or Regulatory Compliance Manager from an established iGaming operator with strong exposure to regulated European markets and a proven track record leading compliance teams audits technical compliance initiatives and licensing activities.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks AML/KYC and risk management
• Must be iGaming experienced regulated companies.
• Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Excellent analytical organisational and communication skills
• Fluent English with strong commercial awareness
