Head of Compliance – iGaming

A fast-growing iGaming group operating under 15 licences is looking for a Head of Compliance to lead its compliance function across regulated European and international markets. This is a senior leadership role for someone who has led compliance teams inside an online casino or sportsbook operator.

• Lead the compliance function: regulatory technical and operational compliance
• Oversee AML/KYC audit preparation test-lab certifications and regulatory submissions
• Implement policies processes and controls across a multi-jurisdiction business
• Manage direct reports and cross-functional stakeholders and build relationships with regulators
• Support licensing activity as the business grows

• Extensive experience in compliance leadership ideally managing 4060 FTE
• Must come from the online casino and/or sportsbook industry forex or fintech backgrounds alone will not be considered
• Experience in regulated markets rather than solely grey markets with exposure to several of: UKGC Spain Sweden Ontario Germany Malta (MGA)
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks AML/KYC and risk management
• Excellent analytical organisational and communication skills; fluent English with strong commercial awareness
