Global Head of Business Development – FXCFD – Limassol

People Hive is supporting a client in the search for a Global Head of Business Development FX/CFD to join their team in Limassol.

The successful candidate will strategically grow IB networks globally oversee partnerships and drive revenue expansion while maintaining strong compliance and operational oversight. The role reports to the CMO and requires frequent international travel for events conferences and client meetings.

Critical Requirements

• Experience from FX brokers in related roles is a must!
• Extensive market exposure across East Asia Southeast Asia and LatAm as the primary focus
• Proven network and experience managing and growing IB partnerships internationally.
• Strong understanding of trading platforms financial markets and client relationship management.
• Flexibility to travel internationally for events conferences and client meetings.
• EU nationals only (no work permit sponsorship available)

Nice to Have

• Leadership experience preferably managing regional business development teams.
