Day to day you will be client: Executive Search Firm (Management Consulting Focus) Role: Recruitment Sales Consultant (m/w/d) Role summary: A B2B sales-driven executive search role focused on engaging senior-level consulting professionals (Directors Partners Senior Managers) across germany and international markets. The role combines candidate outreach client communication and deal closing in a high-performance AI-supported recruitment environment. Strong emphasis on German-language communication commercial mindset and long-term relationship building within the consulting sector. Very important to have a 360 mindset as theyll be building an entire network of clients. Think late 20s early 30s someone with an abdundance of energy! Model: Hybrid (Limassol) Working schedule: Full-time (standard business hours high activity sales environment) watchout: Limassol or Paphos ideally on island already native German and in short: Executive search B2B sales German C-level consulting market.
