Fund Operations Associate

On behalf of our client we looking for a Back Office and Fund Operations professional for an investment fund with potential to grow further in managing the field.

Main requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Back Office Middle Office or Fund Operations
• Experience from an investment house hedge fund Nostro bank or broker
• Experience in manually recording transactions and through financial systems
• Good understanding of Trade Lifecycle Reconciliation and Settlement
• Familiarity with Fixed Income Rates FX Futures Options and Derivatives
• Experience in controlling Positions Cash P&L Margin and Collateral
• Working with Prime Brokers banks and Fund Administrator
• High level of control in Excel and financial systems
• High level of English
• Order accuracy ability to identify exceptions and take full responsibility for the process
• A significant advantage for experience with Bloomberg MARS EMSX FIX Drop Copy and Portfolio Management systems.

We are looking for a hands-on person who will initially perform the operational work himself and will later be able to build and manage the funds operations system.
