Emerald Zebra is a boutique specialist recruitment and executive search consultancy headquartered in Limassol Cyprus with active mandates across Cyprus Dubai and broader EMEA/APAC markets. For the last 5 years weve focused exclusively on FinTech Tech Financial Services FX/CFD crypto payments and iGaming: regulated high-complexity hiring with direct board and founder involvement. We dont do volume we do depth: specialist senior head of department and director level roles.

The Opportunity

Were offering an experienced recruiter the chance to build and own a specialist desk under the Emerald Zebra brand as a genuine partner in its growth not a subcontractor working for scraps of commission. Depending on your background you may step into an established desk with live clients and mandates or build a new specialism from the ground up within our target sectors.

Youll run full-cycle recruitment for specialist senior and leadership roles across FinTech Tech Financial Services FX/CFD crypto payments and iGaming backed by everything Emerald Zebra has built over 20 years.

Based in Cyprus working remotely.

What Youll Do

• Own and grow a specialist desk aligned to your background and network across Cyprus the UAE and wider EMEA/APAC markets.
• Develop new client relationships within your specialism across our target sectors.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening shortlisting interview coordination offer management.
• Work assigned mandates alongside self-sourced business.
• Maintain accurate complete records in our ATS.
• Work exclusively on Emerald Zebra mandates for the duration of the partnership.

What Were Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience within a defined specialism either agency side or in-house TA. A recruiter through and through with a passion for the work.
• Alternatively a professional from within one of our target sectors with internal hiring experience looking to move into specialist recruitment.
• Resourceful endurance committed resilient team player ethical professional.
• Fluent English; Greek or Arabic desirable.
• Existing network or credible route to build one within your specialism across Cyprus and the wider region.
• Someone who treats this as building their own business under our banner: consistent activity pipeline visibility and real commitment to converting under retained and contingency models.
