We dont do volume we do depth: specialist senior head of department and director level roles.

The role

Our Accountancy and Finance desk is already established with a strong foundation of clients and mandates across the region. We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to take it to grow it further expanding our reach across Cyprus and the UAE.

You will manage existing client relationships develop new ones and run full-cycle recruitment for finance functions (CFO Head of Finance Financial Controller FP&A Internal Audit Senior Accountants/ManagersCompliance/Finance crossover and similar) across our target sectors.
Based in Cyprus working remotely.

What Youll Do in brief:

Grow the Accountancy and Finance desk across Cyprus andthe UAE building on an established client base.

Develop new client relationships in finance functions across FinTech Financial Services FX/CFD crypto payments and iGaming.

Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening shortlisting interview coordination offer management.

Work assigned mandates alongside self-sourced business.

Maintain accurate complete records in our ATS.

What Were Looking For:

Proven recruitment experience ideally with an accountancy and finance specialism either agency side or in-house TA. A recruiter through and through with a passion for the work.
Or an accounting & finance professional with internal department hiring experience across finance and accountancy teams.

Resourceful endurance committed resilient team player ethical professional.

Fluent English; Greek desirable.

Existing network or credible route to build one across Cyprus and the wider region.

Comfortable working independently on a high uncappedcommission basis. (NDA & Associate agreement b2b or self employed status).
