Job Overview
We are seeking a customer-oriented Danish-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join a global customer experience provider in Larnaca this role you will deliver front-line support for a major international gaming platform assisting Danish-speaking players with account inquiries platform navigation billing and technical troubleshooting across multi-channel digital touchpoints.

- Work Mode: On-site (Based full-time at modern office facilities in Larnaca).
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality player-focused support via live chat email and digital messaging channels.
- Assist users with account access profile settings and general platform navigation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical bugs or connectivity issues providing clear step-by-step solutions.
- Systematically log customer interactions case details and technical resolutions within the CRM system.
- Escalate complex unresolved bugs or high-level player concerns to appropriate specialized internal teams.
- Adhere strictly to company quality benchmarks data security protocols and privacy guidelines.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Danish combined with a good command of English (written and verbal).
- Skills: Excellent written communication skills logical problem-solving abilities and strong overall computer literacy.
- Core Mindset: Customer-centric focus attention to detail and the resilience to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience (Plus): Previous experience in customer service contact centers or technical support is an asset but non-experienced candidates with strong soft skills are welcome to apply.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday).
- Working Hours: Rotational shift patterns between 09:00 and 19:30. Free weekends and local public holidays.
Salary Bonuses & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1350 Gross per month initially (increasing to 1400 Gross after 6 months of employment).
