Customer Support Representative – Danish

A leading global customer-experience (BPO) company is growing its team in Larnaca Cyprus and is hiring for the role of Customer Support Representative. You will support players of an international gaming and digital-entertainment company with account questions platform assistance and technical troubleshooting. As a Danish-speaking agent you will be the first point of contact for players by phone live chat and email.

• Answer player calls chats and emails in Danish
• Solve account payment and technical issues step by step
• Escalate complex cases to the right team
• Keep accurate case notes
• Deliver consistently high quality performance is rewarded with an uncapped KPI-based bonus

• Native or near-native Danish (C2) and fluent English (B2) spoken and written
• Completed secondary education
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Clean criminal and financial record
• Willing to work on-site in the office

• Salary: 1350 gross per month. It rises to 1400 after 6 months.
• Uncapped performance bonus linked to KPIs (average 250300 per month)
• Paid training programme (5 weeks)

• Option 1: receive 1500 if you arrange your own flight and accommodation
• Option 2: flight reimbursement up to 300 plus company accommodation for up to two months (first month free second month 100)

• Location: Larnaca Cyprus on-site
• Working hours: MondayFriday 09:0019:30 (rotating shifts)
• Contract: Full-time 2-year fixed-term contract (a permanent contract may follow)
