Position: Customer Support Agent

Location: Nicosia Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses

What youll be doing:

• Handle customer inquiries through live chat email phone and other communication channels

• Support customers across multiple brands

• Assist with account-related questions general queries and service requests

• Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions feedback and complaints

• Work closely with internal departments to resolve more complex cases

• Provide professional support in both Korean and English

• Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of internal procedures

• Identify opportunities for upselling and customer engagement where appropriate

• Deliver a consistent high-quality customer experience

Schedule:

The role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule:

• 07:00 15:00

• 15:00 23:00

• 23:00 07:00

What you bring:

• Fluent Korean written and spoken

• Good level of English written and spoken

• Previous experience in customer service customer support sales telephone support or a customer-facing role

• Comfortable working shifts weekends and public holidays

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Open to relocation to Cyprus

• Previous iGaming experience is considered an advantage

• Experience supporting customers through live chat email or phone

• Additional languages are considered an advantage
